I am VERY broken today, every movement hurts. Because of this I decided on a simple job with no bending or lifting. Replacing the outside light's bulb. Perhaps too simple? well It needed a screw driver because of the water proof housing so it counts for the challenge.
Things that made this job easy.
Having a screw driver with multiple heads in an easy to reach tool bag.
Having 2 spare bulbs, one with a bayonet and one Edison screw. Thus I knew once I'd opened the housing I'd have a bulb in there in no time. I think it shows it's worth having a selection of bulbs in the house with different threads so that blown bulb replacement doesn't keep getting put off.
